Room good, breakfast poor

Room was great, clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom needs work, looked well used but clean

Breakfast was poor, waited 15 minutes after asking for the food to be replenished at 730 when it goes till 9. There was no sausage, eggs or hash browns. They brought out hashbrowns right away, about 10 minutes later they brought out lukewarm sausages. We ate toast and left. Never did see any eggs. The kitchen also was dirty

For the rates . First and check in times. Rooms should be clean. I was checked into. A filthy ass room with dirty dirty beds ..was not changed pillowcases bathrooms.. do better and pool being closed at 9am.wtf

The only thing nice was the fridge and microwave. Blankets were ok. But that's about it!

Shitest Ramada ever

Nothing worse place I have ever stayed at

I was over charged they didn't have any breakfast for 2 of the 3 day we where there hotel was crappie an will never stay there ever again I'll sleep in my car before there ever again

Haves can stay

Did not stay because they dinged my card even though I opted to pay upon arrival. Then would not let me check in.

It was good for the price and staff was really good

close to interstate. Good price.

It was pretty run down. At least two outside doors would not unlock. They were not in good condition.

Bed was comfortable.

You could see through the curtains and we were on the 1st floor so it infringed on our privacy.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Location off of the interstate

Everything; old and in poor condition. Hallways dirty and poorly lit plus the facility had a musty smell to it. Side door entrance was propped open with a rock because the door handle was broken. Went for breakfast the next morning , there was no coffee. The young lady behind the front desk was the cook and said there was no front desk person and she didn’t have a key to unlock kitchen so there wouldn’t be any breakfast.

Staff was friendly

The place was dated, dirty, needed maintenance. Breakfast was not ready at 6 am … the chairs were still upside down on the tables and one of the staff was still wearing her pajamas!!! There was no internet!!! Out for last 3 days! The coffee makers in the room were the cheapest I’ve ever see!! A table light did’t work, the clock was not set to the current time and an entry door fom the parking lot did not work. The window had sheers and the drape is not designed to close despite condo across the street and a street light that lets light in all night. My room rate was $179 + tax. $186 for this dump was a rip off. Never again at Ramada!!!!

It was a place to lie our heads on a long trip.

There were large food crumbs on the floor next to the bed, the beds squeaked horribly, the floor didn’t feel stable. I called the front desk ten times before arriving and she either put me on hold or didn’t even answer. When I arrived, she was just standing there. Phones were not ringing, she was not doing anything.

It was quiet

When we went to breakfast was met with breakfast room door locked with a note saying breakfast had been cancelled because the attendant had a medical procedure. To please pray for them. I guess the food and other breakfast supplies could not be handled by anyone else? Very bad p/r. Will not be even considering Ramada or even Wyndham in the future.

The exterior of the hotel and parking lot were shabby. The front desk was unattended. We waited for a half an hour for someone to show up so that we could cancel our reservation.

They lost several staff members that day and the dirty bedding was piled on the beds of both rooms they sent me to. I left and went to a different hotel.

Never to return

The pool was fine. I took my grandsons there for vacation and they love to swim. It seemed clean, but there were never any clean towels at the pool.

It’s old and not very clean. The blackout curtains had holes and the other curtains were torn. The bathroom was very small. There is no elevator and only 1 of the exterior doors took the key card.

Terrible everything

Only there for one night thankfully! Liked nothing!

Very rundown, peeling walls in room, coffee maker not working, water damage on ceiling. Front desk staff less than helpful, gave no info, we had booked 2 beds given 1 bed and pullout then front desk gave another "2 bed room" exactly same as first so 3rd try managed 2 beds. No elevator to second floor. Try to avoid this place

Should've picked a different place

The front desk staff was great. He had some issues with the billing but got us checked in then we dealt with the issue later.

Moldy wallpaper peeling off the walls in the hallway and mold on the wall in our room. The rooms are just very outdated and need a lot of fixing up. For the price we paid it was not a good bargain. Location had homeless people sleeping outside and approaching guests in the parking lot. I did not feel safe going out to our vehicle alone.

Very poor

The morning desk attendant was cheerful and helped me (disabled) down a difficult flight of stairs.

Despite being disabled, the evening desk clerk had no first floor rooms. Later my wife observed him handing out first floor rooms to walk ins. Room was dirty, musty, dusty. Halls reeked of people smoking weed. Suspicious males were hanging out in front parking lot selling drugs and eyeing people up. Very unpleasant stay.

Ok if you wont be spending lot of time in the hotel.

I liked that check in was easy!

So the hallway had a strong weed smell and the pool had a ton of chlorine. They said they had breakfast but had absolutely nothing just juice, coffee and one waffle maker.

Hotel appears to be run down, staff seemed appeared to be in clothing you'd camp in, not prof.

Location

Air condition unit was clogged with dirt/lint, curtains were supposed to be white but were grey with dirt, carpet was dirty. We stayed there last year and the breakfast was great, this year, not so much. Dogs barking across the hall, exterior hall door being propped open by a rock by someone, not sure who as a guest would have a card. Seemed sketchy

Quick trip

The room was a nice size! Near a Walmart which was a plus traveling with two kids.

The staff werent that helpful. We needed more towels and sheets and they had none. Room was never cleaned while we were there. Had to ask for the vacuum.

DON'T stay here.

Nothing, would never stay there again. We stayed there years ago when our kids were younger. Never again!

The hotel is run down, and should be closed or remodeled. It felt more like a half-way house. Dirty, hallways smelled like pot. Didn't feel safe, worried about vehicle in parking lot.
