Construction happening, difficult to get to room

Motel was easy to locate with a variety of restaurants nearby. Room was exceptionally quiet. Bed and room temperature were comfortable.
I would like to stay again after all the updating us completed. There was debris on the bathroom floor and bars of soap were missing. Parking was limited due to construction containers. Also, the tv channel listing had numerous channels ( 20 or 30) but the room actually had only 6 or 7.

Our room is very clean. The bed was comfortable,
No Kleenex box in the room, we didn’t know it was under construction even on the floor we stayed the carpet out in the hallway was filthy, and we kept dragging it in to our room. The breakfast was much to be desired.
