Convenience,breakfast was consistent and good variety, staff was friendly and helpful.
Cable tv went out twice but I feel this is more an issue for the network provider than the property

The location worked well for me. My room was clean and house keeping did a good job. The breakfast was consistently good. Staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful.
the TV went out twice for several hours. I don’t think this was the property’s fault but rather the provider( spectrum)

This was my fourth time coming to NC and staying at this hotel. Its affordable, great location and staff. I'm used to the breakfast and how everything works

Elevator were broken for some time
One stay hot water was broken for two days
