Was very very impressed with this hotel. From staff to the manager our stay was as really nice. The breakfast was wonderful

It was great except the eggs were cold.

You could have not done anything better, everyone was so friendly.

It was close to the the event I was going to and to the zoo

I understand this is an older hotel but Rooms smelled like smoke especially because it was humid in the rooms. The hallways smelled like weed. The window looked like a bullet hit it and there was no working fan in the bathroom. The stairs were blocked off so you could only walk on the side of them close to the wall. I came back from the zoo and couldn’t get into my room and was told by the guy at the front desk that I had check out and when I said no he said well the person you are with did. I was staying alone! Another worker intervened and got my keys working again after seeing my reservation was for another day. None of my stuff was touched thankfully.
