While the staff did some good, I doubt I'll come back

While the staff was incompetent, they at least knew their mistake and corrected it. They gave me fresh towels and a shower curtain upon request.

The staff was incompetent, because they confused my name with someone else's. The shower curtain was durty and so I asked staff to give me a new one. There was a roach and a fly in my hotel room.

Book your stay somewhere else!

There is only one way in & out of the parking lot. I immediately had an uneasy vibe. There were so many people hanging out outside and the smell of marijuana was everywhere. We decided to park and look at the room before we took anything out of the vehicle. The van we parked beside had blankets on the windows and writing on the side of it. The room itself was dirty and had a strong chemical smell. The guy in the office showed us another room that was equally unacceptable. I did not feel safe anywhere on the property. We were given a refund and found a nicer & less expensive hotel. If I could give 0 stars I would! I would never recommend this place to anyone!
