Very clean and surprisingly affordable
The front door was under construction so it was confusing trying to get inside

Staff were friendly. Coffee was always fresh, hot and available 24/7
It was difficult to identify from the outside. NO clear signage to enter from the back. and I love the efficient heating cooling idea but it turns off at night when your not moving, so the room was clod in the AM ... this could be a real problem for guests ...

I've been staying at this location for 3yrs every time I travel to see my daughter who is a currently a junior at Davidson College. You won't find a better bang for your buck. The rooms & facilities are clean. The staff is proactive & helpful. The location is wonderful. Easy access to the highway. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets & gyms within a few miles.
The original entrance has been under reconstruction for over a year now. Very minor inconvenience but I felt compelled to put something down her.

It does the need of business stay with microwave and fridge in the room.
They don’t clean until upon request. Even when I requested, they didn’t show up to clean my room. The hand wash and body wash were out. They replaced the hand wash only after request. The body wash wasn’t replaced. The main doir was always open, with usually no one on the reception, and the elevators weren’t secured with fobs.
