The couch in the room and how clean it was.

The room was nice and spacious. It had a nice seating area for me to do some work, with the option to use the desk.

Everyone was friendly. The location to Ft Sill was perfect! It provided our need for a place to stay for a few days at an affordable price. The place was clean.
The humidity in the room with an odd damp smell. The proximity to the noisy ice machine but only an occasional issue.

I like the comfortable bed, the temperature was pleasant in the room, the amenities in the room, the comfortable sofa, the electronic outlets were plentiful, the housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating, the desk clerks were friendly and accommodating
The elevators went out, the ice machine went out, the breakfast was the same everyday
