The hotel was comfortable, had what I needed, and great customer service.

Only interacted with staff on check in but he could not have been more helpful and nice. Amazing customer service. The pool was a bit small but nice to have, hot tub was a lifesaver after a long flight. Room was clean, bed was very comfy, fridge, and microwave. Breakfast had a nice selection. I do not eat dairy, egg, or gluten but they had protein, oatmeal, fresh fruit and juice.

The sausage was super greasy and i had to "milk" it with a napkin before I could eat it. No other meat options. Gluten free muffins or bread of some kind would have been nice. But honestly you did as good or better then any other hotel I have stayed in, thank you!

Exceptional

Staff was friendly and breakfast was really good. The ladies that kept all the breakfast goodies stocked and the area clean were exceptional! Very helpful and fun to chat with. I would stay there again.

Wonderful location with easy access.

Very nice selection for breakfast. The location is great for Crooked River and Smith Rock State Park. And they make fresh cookies each day!

Great hotel; would definitely stay again

Checked in late but the man at the desk was friendly and very helpful. Large room, comfortable bed, very good WiFi, microwave and mini fridge always a plus. On this trip, really appreciated the guest laundry room! Airport shuttle also came in handy since friends gave me a ride to hotel and I didn't want to burden them requesting a ride to the airport the next day.

Wish I could've stayed longer. Also wish the restaurant on the other side of the parking lot was open on Sundays. In fact, it took a while to find somewhere in town to eat after work on Sunday since so many were closed.

It was wonderful and very pleasant

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good with nice variety. The staff doing the breakfast were great at cleanliness and keeping it restocked. The room was clean and cozy. They had fresh water in the lobby which was wonderful

Because of a severe winter storm, the mountain passes between the Willamette Valley and Redmond were closed at the time we would have been traveling, plus, our granddaughter’s volleyball tournament was canceled due to the weather. I had booked a non refundable reservation but due to the unusual circumstances it would have seemed that the hotel could have made an exception. Not only did they refuse to do so, they were rather rude about it - basically saying that it was my own fault (as if I control the weather!). I’ve stayed there before but won’t do so again.

Superb

The location is very easy to find and has excellent access to a main thoroughfare in the area. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and distillery's located very close to the hotel. All of the staff were welcoming and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us. I will definitely stay here again.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable. It feels like an older spring mattress and could use being replaced.

we enjoyed our stay. breakfast was great. we will be back in town in May and will stay there again, we will also recomme

accommodations were just right, exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. would have been great for a longer stay as well. The best thing was, I called ahead for an early check in and they were very accommodating and when I got there to check in, Katelynn was expecting me and was awesome!

another elevator at the far end would have been nice but stairs were okay.😁

Yeah I stayed in line at the lobby for about 10 minutes and unfortunately that was it

I confirmed my online reservation only to walk into the lobby, wait in line, and then be told my room was just sold to the guy in front of me and they had no rooms left...I was pissed! It was almost 11pm and I had to try to find another place.

Well for starters I could have actually got the room that I reserved and secondly the guy at the front desk probably could have been more helpful or something anything at all could have been better.

Pleasant

The beds were heavenly. Curtains kept the light out. The air conditioner was good.

An employee of the motel was always smoking right outside the exit where my car was parked. Room was clean on the surface but clock radio was dusty and dirty. It was not virus clean. There was a pill in the dusty corner below plug in. A lot of spills ewww
