The bed and pillows and linens were good quality and comfortable. Great shower.
The room was clean and well arranged and well lit and quiet.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was well stocked with numerous choices.
The carpet in the hallways needed cleaning or to be replaced. The room carpet looked fine.
The weekend prices were higher than comparable competitors so we stayed elsewhere on our trip home.

Front desk staff apologized for room not cleaned.
We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned.

Bed was super comfy & the staff was professional & cheerful. I also loved the soap & shampoo & conditioner & body lotion they had as a permanent fixture in the bathroom. The scent was amazing. I used that instead of the stuff I packed from home.
The only thing I was bummed out about was the breakfast. Everything else was great. They had eggs that were like the egg circles on the breakfast sandwiches & not scrambled like regular hotel breakfasts. They also did not have the normal hotel breakfast oatmeal. Instead it was oatmeal packets & hit water. The shower water pressure was not that great either. I have long hair so it took forever to rinse it.

The breakfast was ok, not great but the service was excellent. Location was good but property feels old. Both my husband and I got bitten by something??
It just feels old and could use some updating! We got through the night. We slept, ate a bit and left. Did not use other facilities pool etc.. There was a dirty towel left on the door of the bathroom.

"They accepted me with my three small pups when most places only accept two. (The place I originally planned to stay at was unsuitable and, though exhausted, I needed to find an alternative). The staff..."
