The place is old but clean and well maintained. At least in my room, everything worked. The TV is good and gets some decent channels. Internet access is fast and reliable. The walls are fairly thick so you don't get a lot of noise from other rooms or outside. The staff is pleasant and helpful.
I found nothing to dislike. The rooms are small but comfortable. Their prices are low for the area, so this is a good value. As I drove up, my first thought was that this might not be the greatest place to stay, but the Inn definitely exceeded my initial expectations.

There was NO breakfast offered. Although facility was older, it seemed well kept and clean. We had some ants to contend with but otherwise OK. I think compared to other offerings, the price was OK but should have been a bit lower for what you got.
Breakfast. Quality of linens and towels. Directions on how to use TV. Prefer king size beds.

No breakfast. Motel was fine inside, clean. Much better than I thought, looking at the outside
The outside was very un-inviting. If I hadn't booked and paid for this, I probably would have driven by it and picked the next one or so down the line.
Looked like people were living out of some of the rooms, with junk piled out in front of the unit. Kinda a turn off
