I left and didn’t even stay overnight because I couldn’t shower in the room I paid for .

I liked the room spot and the view from the window

No hot water in the shower but it worked in the sink…The room said non smoking but there were ashes on the toilet as if there was smoking there before we came. The room also smelled like smoke for sure. It was a non smoking room…? I couldn’t even take a hot shower. I didn’t appreciate that at all.

Disappointing

It was pet friendly.

When I called and asked if they had free breakfast he said no, but we will have coffee. So in the morning when we got up my parents went down for coffee they said they don't have coffee.. So they were very disappointed.

Very pet friendly, 100% recommend for pet comfort.

We were traveling with our two large breed dogs to see Frank Loyd Wright’s Falling Water. Being able to leave the dogs in the room watching TV in the cold air conditioning while we explored was really nice. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice hot shower, and smart TV.

It was dirty and alot of broken things in the room, got switched to a new room and half the stuff in the room did not work. I don't understand how they can even be open. Left within a hour of checking in to find a better place for my kids.

bad smell hard to fall asleep

I read all the reviews about the smell and thought, “it can’t be that bad.” Boy was I wrong. However weird you think it can smell it’s much worse.

It was cheap...but far from worth it. It had no other redeeming qualities

Disgusting room with broken furniture. Other people making noise all night long 2-3 am. Broken TV as well as a broken remote. I had to unplug the TV to turn it off because they had no batteries to fix the remote. No controls on the TV itself so it was worthless. We have made a formal corporate complaint.

Okay place to stay if you can't get a room somewhere else that is close to downtown.

good price

No towels or washcloths or mat had to go to front desk for these items. at 10pm the whole entire hotel smelled like weed. No breakfast or coffee to speak of and spiders or bed bugs had to ask for a clean set of sheets too.

by far worst stay we have ever had! makes me not want to use this to book anything again

got sent to room with someone’s stuff first then the next room was horrible. very soiled bedspread and sheets some looked like someone went to bathroom on them. there was 1 towel and one hand towel in bathroom and nothing else. no shampoo or anything and was told it’s been out of stock when we went to desk for some nobody could take a shower. there were no cups or bag for ice and ice container was moldy!! also dirty toilet and pieces of stuff/food all over floor!
