The Good: Comfortable bed, good shower pressure, cleanliness The Bad: Area is a bit rundown and near elevated train, soundproofing needed - sound travels within hotel even with ear plugs (was woken up by yelling from street very loud doors opening, people having loud conversations in the hall and loud noises above at 7 AM), asked for late checkout since we got in late only to be woken up by phone to tell us…we could check out late then asked to provide an incidental card when we gave one at the desk. Overall cool looking hotel but that’s where it ends for me. Area and noise ruined it for me.

Perfect! We stayed for a PPG event and were overly pleased with their Hospitality of personal text communications, cleanliness, service, free parking and shuttle service and a warm boxed breakfast to go. The Victorian decor and architechture was very impressive with high ceilings throughout. Will stay again!

Loved our stay. Free parking next to hotel. Provided a free shuttle to theatre. Fun tiny bar which is smallest in PA.!! Super clean. Great beds n shower

Nice Historic vibe. However, there was a very small bar that was uncomfortable because it was way too high.The hotel had no restaurant at all. You could order breakfast to go but place to eat it there and finally, the regular room and bathroom seemed very small.

The breakfast is very poor, not up to par with a hotel of the category or rating indicated in its advertising. The way the stay in the dining room is cut off is unpleasant and it is also unpleasant to have to put the wrapper or the bag where the breakfast is delivered as a plate. There is not even a plate or other eating utensils. In addition, knocking on the room door and calling by phone minutes before lcheck off the room is also very unpleasant.. In all the hotels I have been to they do not do these actions.

This was a gem to find so close to the Acrisure Stadium. This place offers free shuttle to and from football games. Really what more can I say, actually a lot. We had a beautiful king size room overlooking the outdoor terrace. There is a bar inside this hotel with lite snacks. Breakfast is a pick up and go type or can eat in their dining room or terrace, but it was closed at this time of the season. This place also offers free parking. One lot in front of building and one big one along side of building. You are a 10 minute walk from a Penn Brewery and right across the street is the Heinz Stacks. Cross the bridge is great shopping. Very convenient to a lot of what Pittsburgh has to offer. I will be coming back for sure.

The only complaint was that the room was incredibly warm. I tried controlling the temperature with the thermostat but it wouldn’t work. Everything else was great!

The Priory was clean, quaint and quiet despite being being booked to capacity. We felt like were the only guests there. The customer service was exceptional and discrete especially when we had a unexpected issue occur. This boutique hotel is beautiful - a throwback to more elegant times with the modern comforts of today.

I didn’t like having to park in the lot around the corner. There were events going on 2 of the nights, and I wondered if people not staying in the hotel were parked in the lot. We were back by 4 on Saturday and had to go to the far lot and park pretty far away.

Room and bathroom were clean except for some spiders. The bed was comfortable. The room was a little stuffy and took awhile to cool with adjusting cooling unit.The musty smelling carpet was definately the worst part of stay.They were lacking help but the staff that was there was friendly. I like that there was free parking and a shuttle service.

I like old historic buildings and this property fits the bill. All the modern conveniences and a nice complimentary breakfast that you can eat in your room, in the beautiful courtyard , or the inside dinning room. Quaint little bar but no restaurant. There are many good places to eat on the north shore. Service is excellent.
