This was a convenient location close to all of the great amenities of Gettysburg. The staff was very friendly. The room was pretty clean. The location was pretty quiet and very accommodating for our service dog.
The beds were very uncomfortable. I did not use the coffee pot, but when I looked in it, there was old coffee and mold in it. Not really the fault of the property, but at one point, we could not walk our service dog because another guest had their large dog off-leash, which was clearly dog-reactive.

Family owned and maintained. Grab and go breakfast was just enough to get on the road. Beds were very comfortable. Location is perfect! Cost vs location is affordable. Newly renovated rooms. We would recommend this hotel and stay again based on staff friendliness and location.
Things to improve: Unsure if they had Wi-Fi for guests or what the password was once found it. Maybe offer breakfast until 10 am as the morning felt rushed. Since there is not any gym/pool/or laundry facilities, focus on offering “milk and cookie” happy hours or something as a welcome during check-in. Lumpy pillows need to be replaced.

The rooms do not smell like cigarettes and I did not see any animal hair or human hair.
