The staff is very professional and there’s always available we need it. The rooms are comfortable and the scenery in the rooms with the balcony are very nice and peaceful.

Staff did not check on us to see if we’d like our room cleaned or not; staff asked if we needed food vouchers if we cont
The property was near a lot of commercial retail. The back contained an animal yard.
The establishment is open to the public, so people who do not belong in the area have access to the property, which gives an unsafe feeling.

Overpriced, dissapointing, and uncomfortable!
Absolutely nothing!
Our “King Suite” was tiny, outdated, uncomfortable, and unclean. Room was freezing cold upon arrival. Tile floors throughout never warmed. When the heat came on it blasted directly onto bed making it hot and uncomfortable on the bed while the floors remained freezing cold. Room was very small. It was difficult for my wife and I to get around eachother. Shower had several long hairs in it. The tub drained very slow and was nearly overflowing by the time I finished my shower. The shower curtain was to small for the shower. No place to hang towels in bathroom. Lack of outlets in the room. The heating units air inlet from outside the room had rotten wood framing. We could both sleep, between the uncomfortable bed and the obnoxious heating until blowing on the bed. We both had splitting headaches and upset stomachs at 3am so we packed our bags and left. I think it had something to do with the heating unit because we both felt better shortly after leaving. That was just the room. We tried to have dinner at the hotel. My wife ordered a fish basket for $15 which was 2 pieces of mushy/soggy fish and undercooked fries. I ordered a burger cooked well done. The first burger wasnt the one I ordered, so they made me another which was raw in the middle. This was my wifes birthday trip. We thought we would go to the Woodlands so we could see a band. The band that was scheduled cancelled. There was a fill in band, which we had to pay $10 each cover to see, which was a complete rip off. We listened to 2 songs and left. We also werent happy with the fact that breakfast is complementary during the week, but they charge $13.95 + tax on the weekend. We didnt stay ling enough for breakfast anyway. The front desk employee acted as though I was disturbing him when I checked in. I told him it was our first stay and asked about the entertainment. His answer was short and simply pointed down the hall and said everything is that way but the band cancelled tonight.
