Overall the property was pretty decent. Beds were not the worst I’ve slept on but not the most comfortable. The room was clean beds were clean and the property was quiet and conveniently located to several restaurants and stores. We arrived earlier than expected and the hotel allowed us to check in early. It was affordable and I’d stay here again if ever back in the area.
The breakfast was edible and included but not the best. The pool was clean a little strong on the chlorine smell but since it was outside it wasn’t bad. The pool area had two tables and only one umbrella for sitting area. I know most people are there for the beach however I was surprised by lack of seating in the pool area. It was never an issue but I was surprised by the fact that they only had 1 elevator.

The staff at noon was very unfriendly but when we came back at 3 it was a different person and he was ok

Location was great. Only a 10 minute drive to the beach.
No towels at the pool and limited number of chairs. Definitely not enough for the amount of people there.
We arrived 45 minutes early. I asked if our room was ready, I was told it was but it would be $25 to check in early. The lady running the desk was very rude.

The location, staff, breakfast and easy access to the IOP beach. The rooms are always well cleaned and stocked.
The pool was green for the entire time we were there. My 7yr old was very disappointed. There were also no lounge chairs the last 2 times we stayed. There was also some rust and crud on the lamps and shades, otherwise clean room.
