Made reservations on 3/13/24 to stay at this property for 4 nights through booking.com. I had to put a card down for the reservation but clearly stated pay at property at check in. While driving to the hotel they called me at 1pm insisting I give them card information now over the phone because they charged my card on file for the first room but my card declined for the second room. I tried asking why my card on file was being used when I’m supposed to pay upon arrival? Of course my bank stopped the second charge due to suspicious activity. The man kept being rude and saying they are busy and if I don’t pay for the second room they have to give it away. I told him I have reservations they can’t just give my room away then he demanded I arrive by 4pm. Again I explained I’m driving over 10 hours away and cannot arrive whenever he says. Upon arrival when I asked more questions about why my card was charged already and why I was threatened to pay and then arrive by 4pm I made meet immediately with rudeness stating he doesn’t care what booking.com says he has been running the business for 20 years and that’s that or I could leave. Where am I supposed to go after driving 10 hours with kids? Top it off, stained dirty sheets, hair on mirrors/sink/toliet, cobwebs on walls, broken chairs on balcony and nothing wiped down at all. Had to go buy wipes to clean both rooms our self, who wants to do that after driving 10 hours? No services the 4 days. No taking trash or new towels. Phones in both rooms broken. Had to call down on personal phone to main number to be given rude remarks about wanting full service room cleaning. I thought it’s cdc policy to clean rooms between guests? Especially wiping everything down and clean sheets. No cdc guidelines followed. Pool green and hot tub brown so could not even use the pool or hot tub. Had to buy for day passes at the wilderness to swim. Could not dare to use the ice machine as it looked moldy.

Check in was good and staff was courteous.
The cleanliness, mildew around tub and drain, ants all over table. Vending machine on floor only had Dr Pepper and spent $300 trying to get something else. Hotel reeked of Mariuana.

Comfortable beds for sure
Room wasn’t clean at all, half used bar of soap, cup and crackers in the drawer and just dirt everywhere in the floors, rooms are only cleaned once every 4 days as per management.

The location was great. It was very close to the island and other things
The room was filthy. The drapes was dirty. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was dirty and the mirror have fingerprints all over it. The clerk at the front desk was strange. He asked how many I have with me. I told him just the two. We came through the back door. He was standing by the elevator like he was making sure. The ice machine was broke. And the room smelled like old old flower water. Was not a good stay

Staff was really nice, room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast had very few choices and limited amount for the amount of people eating. Toiletries were very minimal.

Close proximity to many attractions.. reasonable rates.. the 2 people I saw that worked there were very nice, 2 older indian people that were as kind as can be
Outdated, was a previous townhome/ timeshare or something on the top floors, was told they were updating but it seemed still very outdated.. TV was nice size bit small refrigerator did not work, carpet and floor boards were old and peeling, ice machines on top 2 floors did not work, bed was below average comfortable.. no Iron in the room.. 2 plastic kids chairs were the only thing available on the balcony that was said to have great mountain views that was in fact a view of a hill and a parking lot

The misleading profile booking.com has showing this is a 3 star hotel, which IT IS NOT. Just read the Google reviews.
The lack of reimbursement from booking.com considering this dump of a hotel refuses to.issue any refund whatsoever and I informed booking.com in each of the multiple long conversations I had reporting the issues my family and I had while staying at this place. It's disgusting. I want the rest of my money back and am considering filing a civil lawsuit.

It looks like they are in the middle of renovations. I am sure it will be very nice when they are done. It is just "ok" right now. But it was clean.
Lots of painting, repair and such is underway. Price was good for "transition" property.

Upon arrival outside the property was in really bad shape. IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ONLINE. There was parts of the building in bad shape and trash and construction items laying everywhere. There was only 2 vehicles there which was also a "red flag" to me considering it was a very busy weekend in Pigeon Forge. We didn't even want to go in the building. We requested to just cancel our reservation. Operators at booking.com tried several times to speak to the owner about the cancelation and they never would let us cancel. They ended up taking the money out of my account after all the hassle. So we ended up paying for that room plus going to another motel to rent another room. I thought it was dirty of them for us to try everything all day, from early, to just cancel a reservation and still have over $100 taken out of our account for nothing.

What breakfast? The little they had was rationed and poor quality.
The whole thing. Hotel sucked breakfast sucked unfriendly staff. On top of that, I appeared that there was a marihuana party on my floor. The odor af the smoked was so bad on the hallway that one could have gotten high with out touching the stuff.

My husband and I had to get away for the weekend on October the 5th. And got there the check-in man was nice. He told us to rules that wasn't no parking pass for our cars we went to the pool it was ice cold went to the jacuzzi it was okay but not that hot. You can tell the pool area was outdated there were Windows opened to the pool. We went to take showers in our room and the water was cold no hot water at all. I will never stay here again and I've said a lot of hotels we are locals and that's until I did not recommend to no one.

This location has breakfast, however after witnessing the conditions of the rooms I didn’t feel comfortable eating the breakfast.
After 10pm the lobby is closed with no staff. So you have to enter/exit at the back. The back has no lightning, the landscape is over grown leaving the sidewalk covered with tree limbs so you can’t see. Plus there were a lot of skunks. So we literally had to run to make it to our car. Inside, the elevators was filthy. The room partially clean had leftover hair and windows were dirty with peoples handprints. The towels didn’t match. The place smelled.

The only good thing about this place was the lady making breakfast. She was very nice and respectful.
I have stayed 10 times through Booking.com and I have never gave a review. This time I want people to be warned. The guy running the front desk was a complete jerk the pictures showed a game room and it was empty. There was trash under and behind the couch in the room. Carpet was filthy. Hot tub did not work. Only two working ice machines for 8 floors. The entire place did not require a key for entry as all the doors to get in we're broke . Please don't trust the photos like we did and trust the reviews. In this economy we don't travel like we use to and I will never waste my hard earned money ina place like this again.

Glass door on closet had a big crack through it - we got the manager to look at it so we would not be charged - he said don’t worry about it . . . ; hairdryer had a holder for it but NO HAIR DRYER; shower was badly in need of refurbishing and a good scrubbing; breakfast did not have any fresh fruit; NOT a good experience especially with all the other places we could have stayed . . .

The continental breakfast was poor. The employee didn't wear gloves and touched everything as it was put out. They put out the bare minimum of everything... 5 packets of jelly. I have a family of 4. The breakfast included cereal, bread, eggs, biscuits, and waffles. I do not recommend eating here. The pool area was nice, but no towels are available for you. You will have to ask for those at the front desk. Just take a seat because they're always away from the desk. I waited 15 minutes just to check in. The room was okay... The mini fridge didn't work properly. The food we purchased for our stay ended up in the trash. I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

I like the price and location of the hotel.
Pool looked murky, half the light bulbs in the room didn't work, too many people who looked homeless hanging out there, and the smoke alarm was hanging by a wire from the wall. There were weird smells at night that gave me the impression of people living here and cooking, or someone cooking substances and trying to cover the smell.

Air conditioning was not on in the room so it was hot. Desk clerk was rude to all the guests, he would leave the desk and tell you he would be back in a few minutes and to have a seat.

It was nasty ,dirty, and outdated. Sheets were wrinkle as if they been slept on.cigarette butts all over litterally had to step over them to walk they was water all over the floor from people coming out of the pool. When i said i didnt want to stay had a hard time getting a refund.was told to contact my travel agent and now they will not resond to them.. In fact i am still waiting for my refund.

You wanted to go with the least amount of traffic.
Check in not till 4, but not a big deal.
Breakfast was terrible, coffee machine did not work, they had very little food out, and ran out of everything. Do not count on getting breakfast there.

Nothing besides the bed was actually comfortable, it was quite and the water in the shower stayed hot in the shower for hours never goes cold!

Toilets where gross , trash was full and never once taken out the whole time we was there. Balcony furniture was broke and you couldn’t sit on the balcony. A tv that should be thrown away, you may Breakfast was a joke was told they had gray and meat with biscuits and waffles this amazing breakfast never had gravy or meat AT All even for one day no jelly for eggs or biscuits NEVER THEY DONT DESERVE TO SAY THEY DO BREAKFAST. I only stayed here and paid more for the breakfast and there wasn’t ever really a breakfast to eat. Please contact me at 865-393-2681 BEWARE OF STAYING HERE !! Don’t don’t it !! Black mold on ceiling tiles!! In only two areas tho … that you could see !! They said don’t worry it’s only that one spot like really ???!? Why would you not throw it away and replace the tile especially if ONLY ONE HAS BLACK MOLD!

Best thing I can say was room was clean.
Front desk did not speak English. Both times I had to converse with them, they had to call someone for me to speak to. Everytime you went thru the lobby, workers were lounging around on the couch or propped up on front of desk. Never trying to be professional looking. Pool water was cloudy. Breakfast was very dissatisfied. No maid service. The lady that took care of breakfast bar had one glove on. She eat some breakfast with that glove then went right back to working with the breakfast food again with the same glove.

When I check for cleanliness and check mattress to make sure sheets were clean I found a bed bug. I immediately call downstairs staff came up to see if it was actually a bed bug in which it was, he gave us a new room in which was better but I won’t stay at this location. Again..

Room was well appointed. This was initially a very very nice hotel and still has a lot of those qualities although it appears to be on a very downward trajectory
There seems to literally be no management and things are not being kept up.
When I checked in it was the front desk guys first day and he literally had no idea how to use the computer and there was no one and I mean no one in the place to help him. He was literally FaceTiming with someone else to tell him how to right click this left click that and enter my information.
as nice as this property once was you can see it going downhill quickly. Things that should be getting fixed are not getting fixed.
when I was there and I did stay two nights because the value was good $56.19 out the door price and I was there by myself just to do hiking so I didn't need luxury.
the room was at one time great as you can see in the details of the room it was a higher end property. but things in my room which are starting to fall apart are not being addressed.
This is a substantial property with seven stories and a minimum of 85 units and I have no idea who would have bought this and then literally have no Management on site.
Both nights I was there, and I'm not exaggerating, there was less than 10 cars in the parking lot so I think this place is on a death spiral and ultimately will have a different management ownership. Cuz this one clearly has no clue and apparently not even the intent of a clue.
