The location was great! You’re right in the middle of pigeon forge and able to get to all kinds of activities in minutes!
The toilet area in our room was small, but it’s not a huge problem

It was close to everything yet still private and not surrounded by the heavy traffic. It was clean. The staff was nice. Pillows not so comfortable. But overall a nice room for the money. We will stay again

The front desk staff was very friendly and greeted you as soon as you walked in . The check in was smooth and we got right to our room . The hotel was very clean and inviting and parking was great . The room was very clean and spacious. The balcony was a plus . The pool was clean . The complementary breakfast was very good and plenty of it . I have nothing bad to say about this place will stay again for sure in the future.

great location, close to the island and many restaurants. They have an indoor and outdoor pool which is nice. Room have a balcony. Hot breakfast with many options, eggs, bacon sausage, biscuits, waffles, cold cereals. Rooms are up to date and spacious
