Comfort Inn & Suites Seguin

The staff was very friendly said hello anytime you were within a few feet of them. At breakfast time, everybody likes to hear a good morning and they did that also!

There was nothing to not like I had not traveled in a while the Comfort Inn was a very good choice for me.

Newer property, great location

Not well maintained. Bathrooms cleans, but peeling paint, broken sink, toilet clogged very easily.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The location was also convenient and easy to access.

I was very pleased with the property overall

When we first got to the hotel, the lady at front was very sweet and helpful so we appreciate that a lot! The lobby was clean and with water throughout the day. Elevator was clean as well and the hallways could improve since they were SO warm but were overall clean. The AC unit in the room was great too.

When we got to our room, it smelled a little. Not a bad smell but not something you want to be smelling while you’re there either. The bathroom smelled like mildew and it was a very strong smell to the point that we bought some air fresheners. The carpets were clean but they were ripping off on some parts. The bedding was well organized. However, we used the fridge and needs a DEEP clean. We went out to eat and had some leftovers and I unfortunately preferred to trash the food than put it in the fridge. It has residual from drinks/ food and the freezer had some mold on it. Pretty disappointed on that aspect.
