I like the structure

While the room was clean, the bathroom faucet leaked a lot. The tub pull up lever for the shower was loose and felt like you were going to break it.
The breakfast was very basic. The workout room was a bonus but the AC did not work so you could only stay in the room for a short time.
If you want a cheap, clean place to stay and don't need or expect too much, this might work for you.
Maintenance was lacking.
