My girl Mia huge shout out was so sweet and so welcoming if I needed help she was on it she even got our cloths out of the dryer for me yall she was the absolute sweetest and the best we just love her

- The most lovely and down-to-earth front desk woman. She was so helpful and made us feel very welcome. She had a lot going on with a hotel-wide key issue, so I commend her for staying so friendly under the circumstances.
- The keys were not working, so staff had to let us in our room each time. Not a big concern because it was only one night, but would have been frustrating over multiple nights. It’s also unfair for staff to have to deal with the backlash from that.
