Our toilet was tipping and the gentleman did everything he could to get that fixed for us. Then cleaned the floor and made sure we were satisfied. He went above and beyond to help make it right. I cannot climb stairs so moving rooms was not an option.
The cleaning staff should of turned that toilet issue in prior to our arrival and we would not of had to have maintenance in and out for 3 hours. It was a very obvious issue.

It was close to everything. Easy stop when traveling. Good breakfast. Morning staff friendly. All the staff at breakfast were also very nice. Not at all what I expected and not the same pics as quality inn website so a bit surprising, non the less a decent stay for 1 night.
Rooms had a very bad smell. Sheets in one room not clean. The check in staff verged on rude. The am staff however were smiling and very welcoming so I felt slightly better when we were on our way out. I feel that with an older hotel being polite could go along way.
