Not very modern but everything was adequate and worked fine. It was a good value. Occupancy was low so I wasn't disturbed by noisy neighbors. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too.
The AC unit was pretty noisy and blew right on me.

Quaint little motel in the heart of the city that made it easy to get to where we were going. The beds were comfortable and the interiors, while looking like your grandma's house, were enjoyable and made for a good room to stay. The staff was great and very friendly and while the place overall looked like it could use some modernization, it was a fair and comfortable stay.
Good, but not great, breakfast with standard cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, and pancakes. The eggs were too runny and the sausage was stiff, but there was enough to get a decent meal in. The pool was dirty with leaves, debris, and what looked like dirt at the bottom, although it could have just needed a new paint job. The hot tub was not very hot, which was nice on a very hot day, but the bottom was stained and dingy. The sinks in the bathroom did not fully close to plug the sink which is helpful for me to take out and clean my contacts without fear of them going down the drain. The front door needs some weather stripping to seal out the light, there was too much daylight coming from around the door when morning hit. We booked a two queen bed room and what we received was not queens. We sleep on queens at home and these beds were smaller. It would be nice to get what you pay for otherwise it's just false advertising or bait and switch.
