The staff needs customer service training.

The location was great. Near a lot of places like service stations, Starbucks, Mall and Dollar Tree.

Staff & the smell in the room was awful. I sprayed my entire can of Lysol. The tub & toilet could have been cleaned again.

Accommodations were a solid ‘C+’

location to naval station Norfolk

Appears to have significant deferred maintenance. Sad. The property serves the needs of our military service members and their families. Ownership, management and community should step up to improve the overall experience!!

Poor

The lady who checked me in was supper friendly and made my bad day brighter.

The room I was given had mold on the ceiling and the ceiling was falling apart. The floors looked like something sticky had been spilt and never cleaned up especially right next to the bed.

Not a bad stay but the construction was a bit loud

We didn’t have breakfast

It was under construction and was only told at check in.

Was comfortable but certain things could have been improved.

The room was spacious. It was close to Naval Station Norfolk. Discounted for military members.

The floor could have been mopped. Breakfast consisting of nothing more than honey buns. A TV that wasn't hooked up.

The place was close to the navel base.

When I checked in the door to the staff room was open and it was filthy. Not the best start. The air-conditioning was noisy so I had to turn it off and the bed was not so comfortable.

The rooms were filthy, behind door, bathtub, sinks were filled with grim and build-up all around.

The location was ideal, plenty of restaurants nearby and close proximity to Naval base. The fitness room was fair.

The rooms were filthy and some reeked of mildew. Cleanliness could have been much better.

Relaxing atmosphere despite my circumstances

Bo was very helpful during our stay. Very quiet and clean. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise!!

Our room door was a little hard to open and the top lock was replaced by a very flimsy chain. But I felt safe due to location and how quiet it was.

It was a 3 out of 10.

I loved the location. And the front desk staff was great.

The room was not clean at all. And I had to buy cleaning products to clean the room myself.

Great value and close to Naval Station Norfolk. Haven for Sailors seeking privacy

Just take an extra couple minutes to check the walls and clean the showers. Otherwise great stay

Nasty sheets

It was convenient to the Naval Base.

I checked in and went to the room. I pulled back the covers and the sheets were badly stained. She moved me to another room and those sheets were just as bad. She then got upset with me and told me that she couldn't put me in another room because it was their policy after 2 rooms they had to check me out. She said that because I went to the rooms and pulled the covers back that she was jow down 2 rooms and she didn't have any maid staff to go and make up those beds. Then she told me that I had to get my money back from Booking.com because that's how I booked the room. I said ok, and she checked me out. I called Booking.com and they said that they had to call the property and get their side of the story. I told them that they could do whatever they wanted and that I would dispute the charges with my CC company. Later that night, around 2am, the property tried to run my card again and it was declined. So, not only was the property unsanitary and nasty, they fraudulently tried to make me pay for a room a second time that I never stayed in. I'm actually at the point where I want to take legal action against them. I know that I'm skeptical about using Booking.com again also

Clean, safe (for the area it is in), fair price and mostly great people working there, trying to hel

Breakfast was very minimal. Our first room had NO cold water at all. Our SECOND room, the TV would not turn on.

Most of the people working there were very helpful and tried to help us with the problems we encountered.
