Bed was comfortable it was convenient for our family. Rooms were quiet. I like that it had a fridge and microwave.
Elevator felt like it was crashing when going down to first floor, rather alarming: also, cafeteria closed early for breakfast. When I told them at the desk, they didn’t seem to care at all. I didn’t feel valued. And my whole family was told the wrong closing time for breakfast. Very disappointing!
