Staff was welcoming and kind when our A/C went out, we requested another room. She told us she would have a solution by 3;30. They fixed the problem.

Parking and location were fine. They handed out staff were very nice, friendly, helpful.
The bed was horrible. Sagged in the middle, was old, worn out and uncomfortable.
The bathtub had a slope in the bottom of it to facilitate draining but it was extreme enough for you to have balance issues when washing your hair and turning around with your eyes closed. Someone had tried filling in part of the sloped area with an epoxy and it had the appearance that somebody had vomited in the tub.
