I like the way the suite was furnished and the layout

Friendly, helpful staff who were eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Great location to the 64 east and west highways.
We weren't clear on their cleaning procedure. Towels weren't replaced. Kitchenette not equipped.

The staff was truly awesome! I was greeted with a warm welcome. They were accommodating when it came to my work schedule and housekeeping as well. I was able to see my room prior to checking in and it was very clean! I was skeptical when booking the room but it exceeded my expectations!
The kids down the hall got a little loud but it didn’t impact my opinion of the hotel!
