It was in a great location. Lots to do

That the staff never clean our room the whole time we was there. Regardless if a person tells you they want the room clean it should be done every day for fresh stuff.

Close to restaurants and grocery stores

Needs an area outside with benches for smokers

Breakfast was not that good. Food etc was not being replenish.

No hot water on friday night. air conditioner didn.t work well.

The location was good. Beds was comfy.

We went to the pool after supper, but no towels. Had to walk down the hall dripping water, to ask for towels. In the morning the kids was excited for breakfast but they didn't get to eat. Waffle iron was not working. Also, the poor lady trying her best to get food out, couldn't get it out fast enough. Also, not enough tables in the lobby so we had to sit on the floor.

The lady working the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom was dirty. There was no soap, so we had to go ask for it. The remote to the TV was gone. There was no handle on the outside of the bathroom door. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and took forever to drain. We took the kids to the pool (that looked bigger and cleaner in the pictures) just to stay about 20 minutes before they were ready to go. The lighting was very dim, the chairs were sticky and grimey. I expected better by the pictures. The price wasn't much different from better hotels nearby.

i liked the location.

the one usb port in my room didn’t work. the towels were stained, some brown and some black.
