Is a little run down and does have a bit of a smell but overall good

I liked how cold the room stayed, the convenience of the kitchen, and the amazing staff! Rebecca, was so sweet and I felt safe.
The first night or two the bed was fine, but then I'm not used to springs anymore and my back was throbbing!

Kitchen provided but no kitchen utensils to use. for example, couldn't make a cup of coffee as here was no jug or kettle.
