Location is perfect. That’s the main reason we booked it
Could use some updates. Some of the furniture needed replacing. My husband made the mistake of looking at the mattress and it had holes on the side of it. The breakfast was essentially empty when we arrived at 9am even though it was suppose to go until 10am. Many of the items were out and not being refilled. We booked a balcony room which was on the main level right on the parking lot which was not ideal.

The location is convenient.
I've been staying at this hotel for 2 decades now. I'm disappointed that the rooms haven't been updated. My bedside table was all bubbly from years of I assume wet things being put on it. The carpet is worn. The breakfast hours have shrinked and we weren't able to access before our event. Seemed like everyone in the hotel was there for some sports event. The poolside room was horrible - screaming kids were so loud at night. I didn't ask for poolside, but definitely will be asking for not poolside again in the future! Also, I used to be able to rent a room here for less than $200. Now it's more than $400 and that's just not worth the dated, shrinked up offering that this place has become.
