Overall a great experience.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous room, no complaints.

Slightly more of a drive than I would have liked, but that’s not the hotel’s fault at all. I decided to stay there.

Not worth the money

Location

Dirty, had hair in the bathroom, dirty bed sheets, dirty carpet, and broken fridge.

Very good

25 min from Chicago international airport, Lisle is the best place to stay if you have business meetings in the area and same time you want to go and visit Chicago downtown. 10-15 min driving there is Naperville, nice old town with good typical restaurants. If you like crab cakes this is the right place!

If you want to have some entertainment and not just business facilities it is a bit out of the life!

Will look forward to returning

Every staff member was super friendly, from front desk to breakfast room, to bartender, to housekeeper, and especially Gee, who always seemed to be around the lobby, willing to help, share a laugh and give advise.

Some areas of the hotel could use a refresh, but overall everything was super

Horrible for the price

I did not get breakfast because it does not come in the price of your hotel fee.

Room did not meet my expectations no microwave small and dirty.

The room are very old and need major upgrades! - bathroom, broken lamp shade etc. just a old property.

I was not aware of the hot tub nor working, no fridge in the room complained bout us one the next day that didn't work and the shower head was not working.

Enjoyed my stay and I would come again.

The interior of the lobby is nice. The rooms layout is nice and spacious.

There was not a microwave in the room. However, there was one in the lobby.

The staff was phenomenal!! The room was disappointing

The refrigerator didn’t work, bathtub leaking severely,

Besides the pool being dirty I had a room on the 14th floor and had a great view and it was clean.

Did not have breakfast

The pool was filthy and I was a little disappointed that the jacuzzi was out of service.

All together we loved being there for the New Year!

Very clean, the staff was great, and the room was beautiful.

The shower water took forever to get hot, so I ended up just washing with a wash rag in the tub.

location great, room could have been nicer for a Hyatt

staff was friendly

beds and pillows not comfortable, the room wasn’t super clean, the whole floor we were on smelled musty. we had no sheets for the pull out cough, had to be evacuated but was given no reason, super small beds

Lovely lobby area. Good buffet breakfast. Nice staff.

Front desk personnel we’re welcoming particularly Emily.

Rooms were spacious but a little run down.
