Location, spacious room, accommodating staff, cleanliness and amenities
There was a distinct mold presence in the lobby, possibly due to recent flooding and rainfall. Fortunately, that was not the case in the room. I hope this can be remedied soon.

We did not have breakfast. Even though we were staying there, it seemed to indicate that it would be $10-20 per person.
The door to the rooms was heavy, perhaps for safety reasons but was it ADA compliant?
