Hot, Stained, and Unorganized

I had a triathlon at Boulder Beach and this location was 15-20min away from my race.

When I arrived at my check-in time, the room was being painted. When they let me in, there was a big stain on the carpet and shower curtain. There's a 1/4 inch gap between the outside door and the floor so hot air was always coming in. There seemed to be some long-time tenants that were constantly smoking outside my room. I also paid online and the office tried to charge me again. When I said I paid, they printed the paperwork and tried to charge me again. Their system seems to be old and said I didn't pay. I had to show my receipt from booking.com and my bank account to confirm that I'd already paid and I wasn't going to pay again.

Very expensive for the condition of the room. the room had dead cockroaches on the floor and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The room was very outdated.

Very Basic Motel

Location and the staff was very nice. I liked the laminate floor in the room instead of carpet. The bar/restaurant on the premises looked was fun and had live music on Friday night.

This was the last available hotel room in Boulder City on Friday of Memorial Day weekend, so I won’t be too judgmental it served it’s purpose. It is basic! You will not have a coffee maker, cups, hair dryer. The bed, although comfortable for me, creaked a lot when my 6’5 husband tried to turnover. There is no mirror in the bathroom which was odd, maybe it is being replaced. This was good for a one-nighter; we didn’t know how much we were going to drink at our event; so we played it safe instead of trying to drive back to Vegas! A little updating in the rooms and I think this would be a real cute place. :). It is clean though and the staff very nice.

When at a motel you go to sleep as we are travelling! The party on premises was very noisy!

The party on the property went on well past 1 or 2 o’clock. Kept me awake and was travelling the following day.
