The bed is perfect, the room is very clean and the air conditioner works great. Quiet with a great location.
Take the bathtub out and install a basic walk in shower. New sink and fixtures. Needed also.

I stay here whenever I come to see my friends or have to go to an event rather than staying in Vegas...

Single story motel with parking outside our door. Location to Hoover Dam and great restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff and night help!
Very old rooms in need of baseboard repair and general updating.
The cable was not plugged in properly, but the night crewman happily fixed it at 11:30 pm. No coffee maker in the room.
