Bighorn cafe has good food at reasonable prices. Large, Comfortable room General Store well stocked with gifts, souvenirs, snacks, etc.

Casino machines weren’t particularly fun as there seemed to be minimal to no payout. Room heater extremely noisy. No ice available on floor. Needed to go to front desk for ice. Toilet height extremely low to floor making it difficult to get off, especially for older guests!

Never got to have breakfast

Because of baggage delay we could not meet our agreed stay date. No amount of calls or messages to let the hotel know we not going to make our reservation were responded to. Very disappointing as we had already paid in advance and therefore lost our monies.

Очень приветливый персонал. Близко к дамбе Гувера. Не дорогой (дешевый) завтрак или или обед или ужин в кафе на первом этаже —порции огромные и всё вкусное. Бесплатная зарядка для Теслы. ( это всё подкупает. )

good but it could be better

a little dated but still comfortable. Spacious room

what annoyed me the most was the absence of a kettle in the room, no bottle of water available but above all the air conditioning which even when turned off remains noisy … (the exterior air conditioning compressor remains on even if you turn off the air conditioning)

Big bedrooms, comfy beds, clean and was probably a classy lodge in its heyday.

Breakfast wasn’t included, but the meal we paid for was good.

Everything was fine.

This is a very well run place. Very professional. Clean, spacious room, well equipped, lots of facilities. Very comfortable and huge bed.

the staff are wonderful, from registration to bar tenders to general store they were polite and attentive.

too far from everything, Uber is tough to get out there.

staff was very friendly and as helpful as management would allow.

no pool or hottub, no wifi in the rooms, poor cell signal, floors and ceilings in disrepair, rooms could be cleaner, no coffee in rooms, no comfortable seating in rooms, housekeeping was hit and miss if they’d make up the room daily.

There is no wifi connection virtually, although it claims free wifi in the hotel. The room furniture is too old and some lights do not work.

Wish we would have selected a different place to stay.

Good location; 10 mins to Hoover Dam. ~30 mins to strip/airport. Staff was friendly. Ok budget option for those without allergies (dense smoke in common areas and dust in rooms).

We did not realize that the casino was situated centrally within the hotel - without any physical separation from the hotel lobby/entrance/elevators, cafe, and shop nor any means to filter out the smoke. Smoking is allowed in the casino and common areas; Smoke was dense and overwhelming throughout these areas and permeated into the elevators and hallways (health concern for those with allergies - ongoing cough and sinus issues after staying 1 night). Sheets, microwave, refrigerator, and bath areas appeared clean; Significant dust noted in room. Walls were very dirty in room -in need of cleaning or upgrade/paint. We requested adjoining rooms, which were not available. However, the hotel did situate the rooms on the same floor. No ice in room or on floor, but could request at desk. Friendly staff.

It’s near the Hoover damn

It’s not updated. Really old looking rooms. Looks like my grandmas house. Everything just needs to be updated form bathroom to bed to lamps.

Disappointing

The place is very dated, the carpet dirty... the Casino is just at the Lobby. This means a lot of people smoking. The rooms are non-smoking ones, which at least is good. This is not a place for family, but for Casino seekers.

It is on amazing location close to Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Boulder city. Recommend it

It is really a one of a kind hotel. I never stayed in hotel like this. It is really cool that you have few different casionos and restaurants already in the lobby. It has a really nice sections in lobby where they keep you busy with information about surrounding nature and places to go and attractions to visit. There is a convenience store to shop for groceries, clothes and souvenirs. The rooms were huge!

Jeannie was amazing at check in. She was so helpful and courteous.

We got there around 10:30 due to a flight delay and most of the kitchens had closed.

Good. They need to repair a few things and get back to pre-covid conditions.

The size of the room and the comfort of the beds were good. Paid more for a view of the lake - nice view.

No coffee pots in the room. The door catches on the rug and stays open unless you make sure to shut it securely. The espresso machine in the downstairs area was broken. In short - no really good coffee in this hotel.

Nothing, the toilet overflow, the shower head flew off hit me in the head, the food at the restaurant was awful. The bed was uncomfortable.
