My husband has pet allergies, so we always ask to stay in their pet-free, separate annex. It was recently remodeled with beautifully updated bathroom facilities and also has an additional kitchen sink near the microwave and refrigerator. The location is central with a Fred Meyers grocery store across the street and not far from the famous Tillamook cheese factory.
Our first coffee pot did not work properly, but was replaced right away when we asked about it. Also the refrigerator didn't seem to have a place to freeze our ice packs. The air conditioning worked, but one side had pulled away from the wall and we advised to have maintenance look at it. There is no elevator / lift, so it was noisy at night with people going up and down stairs to the second floor.

Nice location and staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfy
Didn’t have enough towels at first but they brought some the next day

The staff is the saving grace for this place. Booking.com did not have communication with them and they still made accommodations for me. The room didn’t have a tv but they adjusted accordingly. The staff were top-notch. They were in the middle of town and easy to access other places.
There was no TV. No breakfast. No swimming pool.

"The location of this hotel is very close to the Tillamook Creamery. There is a gas station/convenience store connected to the hotel. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and staff was super friendly. ..."
