Very unlikely I will stay again.

Location

Parking was sketchy, door didn’t have a safety lock, it was very dirty with some doors listed as exit doors that were locked because the entry was being used to hold garbage cans and such. The breakfast was pre-packaged food you would maybe find in a preschool lunch room with the exception of biscuits and gravy being the only hot meal. Cold drinks were rancid, even though they were prepackaged.

Very run down, dirty. The door to our room was open when we got there, very dirty floors, food and toilet paper under the bed, toilet paper in the toilet, tv didn’t work, rolling desk chair didn’t have any wheels on it so was hard to move. Definitely not worth the money we paid. All rooms were booked so we couldn’t ask for a different room as there was a big event in town that weekend. Just all around gross.

Horrible hotel, never checked in it was so filthy

I didn't even stay.

The lobby smelled like animal urine. The desk clerk Janine was rude and completely incompetent. When I asked to see the room and facility, I found garbage and female clothes under the bed and none of the advertised amenities were available.

Everything there was trash, and drugs, my room had blood all over the sheets the window was busted out. The front desk lady was so high.Tried for over an hour to let them know that we were leaving and no one came so we just left and we got charged 4 extra times. I'm really upset

It was dirty, smelly and gross and the management wouldn’t respond or help. It was a snow storm and the Hwy was closed and this was the only pet friendly place we could find on the website so we slept in our clothes and then bagged them and changed in the lobby bathroom so we wouldn’t infest all our clothes and van with bedbugs. The place should be condemned! The parking lot was not plowed and if we hadn’t had a 4x4 van we’d have gotten stuck.

I like the staff and room was great!

The staff needs more help so they can keep up on snow removal and ice, no ice melt at back entrance so people were slipping and falling all over, breakfast is ok, seemed short of normal options but still ok

The staff had very sweet ladies that were informative, friendly, clean, and professional.

Close to interstate Checking out

Door lock had been smashed off and was only barely holding. The room stank of smoke. Large hole in wall where air con cable had been pushed through. Large rust patches in bath Corridor carpets not been cleaned in decades. Very stuck to carpet All furniture was chipped.and scratched. Dirt just about everywhere

Does not appear to be well maintained. Carpets were so stained and dirty, that frankly I was a little afraid to trust the breakfast, in case the kitchen was as dirty
