Sehr schön und sauber.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es sah sehr modern aus. Das Frühstück war auch lecker. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr lieb.

Das der Toaster kaputt ist und nur eine Seite funktioniert zum toasten und deshalb kann man dann ganz schön lange wartet bis man sein Weckerl essen kann.

Will definitely stay here again.

The empty pool was great to relax in after a long drive. The location is pretty good, with plenty of fast food joints and bars nearby. The staff was good, and the room was very clean and well equipped.

Not much to dislike.

It worked - after I worked to make it work!

The rooms and housekeeping staff were great!

The continental breakfast was very limited and it was not refilled during the three mornings we were there - after 9 AM. What was left was what you got. The young long haired man was more interested in his phone. The WiFi stunk - badly! Unless you were sitting in the office you could not connect to it.

5 star quality for 2 star prices!

The prime location next to amazing places to eat not to far away from the local stores. Most importantly the 5 star quality for 2 star prices! The staff is absolutely amazing!!!

The floors were a bit dirty nothing a swifter dust mop wouldn’t clean and there is no microwaves in the rooms. Guest who plan on long stays need those and don’t want to have to go all the way to the lobby for that!

Exceptional

I had stayed here before when it was a Shilo Inn; a wonderful couple kept it a place to stay, despite the facility being dated. I think that it changed hands and then went downhill. Red Lion did a fantastic remodel of the place and my room was very comfortable

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer...it's just a halfway point for me to visit friends and family in CA. Maybe a kayak adventure for a longer stay?? I love the rogue river valley.

Good but TV issues

It was close to many eating establishments. So close they were within walking distance

The cable tv on the room was not good at all.any times the channel would just go away. It said the signal was weak. For the price we paid for the room, that should not be an issue

Exceptional

We absolutely enjoyed the cleanliness feeling upon entering our room. The sheets appeared and felt clean and cozy. The towels were clean, fresh and thick.

The pool was still closed. Perhaps a better breakfast selection, especially for those traveling with young children. Not enough food for the amount of guests indulging in the free breakfast opportunity.

Great price and location with numerous food and coffee options within walking distance.

Everything was very clean and housekeeping stopped by every day to ask if we needed towels. The bed comfortable and the little day-bed was a nice touch. Parking felt very secure.

While the bed was good, the pillows were too soft and hard to get just right. The supplied iron in the room spit calcium deposits on my good pants right before the funeral, obviously housekeeping was not putting distilled water in the irons.

Very good

The bedroom was large; the bathroom was a bit small. I was impressed with the breakfast offerings: yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches. Easy access to the highway.

Not super gross.

Fan noise from another room vibrating the wall kept me up late. Had to call the front desk at 5 am to turn off an alarm in another room...maybe 3hrs of sleep.

Not as nice as I had hoped, don't know if Grants Pass has better for similar price.

Price and location along my travel route. Microwave and fridge in room.

No extra blankets in room and only one thin one on bed, in a cold climate. Heat worked fine but don't want to listen to loud fan all night. Unit above me was noisy as someone paced loudly all evening, but did stop later when I went to bed, then resumed in morning. Breakfast was minimal but at least had sausage biscuit to MW and yogurt.

Enjoyed my stay. Very easy to book online and check in was quick. Room was nice for price.

Room was very clean and organized. Bed was very comfortable.

Would have loved to have option of extra blanket for bed as I prefer to sleep in a cooler room with more covers.

Hotel exceeded our expectation. Because of their rate, I thought the quality is less, but it was not.

before staying, I communicated with by Booking and by email but they did not answer at all. on Booking.com says their security deposit is about $300 which is very high, but it turns out to be just $50.
