The location of the motel is right on Hwy 93 so very convenient when traveling the long distance between civilization. We had room number 10 both times when we stayed. It is a large room with 2 queen beds, refrigerator and microwave. The beds are very comfortable as so is the bedding. Bathroom is a bit small but was fine. No restaurants in Alamo, NV and as other travelers have stated, your only option for food is inside the Sinclair gas station a block away. You can get a cup of coffee in the morning in the office.
What was really good was the owner, Vern. So friendly and helpful. We needed a tire changed on our boat trailer and Vern set us up with Oscar who has a mobile truck to address those issues. Thanks to Vern, Oscar had the tire changed in no time and we continued our journey home to Phoenix. When traveling on Hwy. 93 in Nevada and you need a room for the night, stay at Alamo Inn and chat with Vern if you can.
Nothing really. It’s just a little motel in a tiny town. It’s what you can expect.
