Quiet and clean
I do wish they can replace some of the towels as you can tell they are old and really rough.

For my wife and I, it is important that the location of our stay be consistently clean. We do like a good breakfast, but what we saw was that the staff was always cleaning. That's important to us. Our room was clean; our sheets and our towels were very clean as well.
While we were in the pool, people were outside smoking. They were in the lounge area near the pool, we understand that people sometimes smoke, but at one point there was a young man smoking marijuana, and it was a little concerning since smoking cannabis is illegal in Texas. We never brought this up to the staff, nor did we want to push the issue. We understand that the hotel can't keep tabs on everyone.
