Easy access to highway

Roaches! It was so bad we slept w the lights ON and did not pull back the comforters. We left our luggage in the car to avoid any bugs. The rooms need to be deep cleaned, carpet was sticky, call an exterminator.

Glad to meet you!

I liked when I walked in they had no problem with my service dog, found my reservation right away. Was welcomed by 2 helpful staff and felt homey. Everything was a call or quick trip to lobby to get anything I needed.

The only thing, was the weather. Everything else hotel wise was great.

If you’re in a pinch for a quick stop it might be worth it

Nice big room with a big desk area

Lack of room service on 4 night stay No coffee at all- expect guests to buy all their own groceries for a short stay. Bugs 🐜 in bathroom, shower had very little water pressure. Maintenance extremely slow to respond to broken sink plug system. Shower towels should be bigger - not all of us are 90 lbs - 200 lb man-

Very comfortable and home like. It really gave us the relaxation and stress relief we needed.

The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Helped with the one issue of another guest smoking Marijuana in the building. I really enjoyed that we got to borrow board games while we were relaxing.

Not a problem with the hotel, but another guest there smoking Marijuana. I informed staff. It was hard to pinpoint until house keeping could go in. I found the guest that was doing this in the parking lot smoking Marijuana and they took care of it.

Overall the state was good and the front desk people were very courteous

Cleanliness. Rooms were very clean even the pet friendly room that we stayed in. No lingering smells.

The restroom toilet kept making a noise like if the water in the tank kept running. The toilet itself worked so I guess it was okay.

Fantastic..as Usual!

I stay here every time I come home to visit family and friends. They are always friendly and professional. The room is always clean. AC works great! Lots of pillows and fairly quiet.

The bed is super firm!

The bed was comfortable. The AC in room worked great and it was very quiet.

There were stains in the commode and the plunger right beside it made it seem unreliable. There was only one set of towels.

Good clean room, great location.

Great location, large size rooms.

Additional towels in the room would be helpful since the rooms are only cleaned/attended to if you stay several days. If you need additional towels you need to trade your used towels at the front desk for clean towels, which is strange to do in front of complete strangers. Plus it is not the most sanitary process from an infection control perspective.

Waited over 20 minutes for staff to return to front desk. Two other family members inquired This same issue while checking in Maintenance employee couldn't reach the front Desk attendant and called a supervisor of command to contact her she then answered the call Room no hand or face towels. Called for them

No service . We had to ask for towels paper toilet pool with green water fron desk blaming the maintance for not keeping in it clean bugs in one of the room had to move to another room.

Family liked the bed didn't

The bed was big an comfortable a/c was good and the room was large and open

I didn't like that I didn't get the room I picked because theroom wasn't cleaned and made and then got moved to a king suit instead of a double an when I ask for a roll out because they had no more double rooms she wanted to charge me for a roll away 🙃 like it was my fault that the room wasnt made and ready for guests. And then the new room had no water pressure there was a window that was open to there back Allie and as a mother I didn't like that the window was ope. When we got there at 11pm it wasn't locked and it took us a while to try and lock it there was no bug screen on the window either. So you know what suprizes we found in there.And it said non smoking but it did have a oder not sure 🤔 if it was from that window being open but it was no small window some one could easily get in and out .

outdated, poorly maintained, dirty. didn’t even have soap in bathroom to wash my hands. sheets and comforter had stains.
