Our stay overnight here at Best Western Eugene was so enjoyable, a relatively quiet space, 2 comfy beds, and all the amenities we could need.
The only complaint we had was the elevator squeaking overnight but it wasn’t too bad!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. It's always nice to have a microwave and fridge in a hotel when you are traveling. Staff at the desk were super friendly. The free breakfast had good options. Late night food options nearby.
They just remodeled and put the tiniest faucet in the bathroom. The faucet barely sticks out enough to wash your hands. That is literally my only complaint so everything else was great. Oh, and the lady working the breakfast on 7/26 was yelling at everyone. I think she was having a bad day because everyone else we encountered was great.

Satisfying. The gravy could’ve been a little hotter, but there’s a microwave.
I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like anything. There’s always room for improvement. The best way to do that is to walk into the room as a guest wood and look for things that need cleaning. Small things make a difference to a guest. If something‘s not clean, it makes them wonder about the rest of the room. I cleaned the wall in the bathroom with just a wet washcloth and made a huge difference. It wasn’t a very big area, but it was very noticeable. I did take pictures if they allowed me to post.

The room seemed to be kept up
It was a dark room with dark grey walls and the over head light very dim. The carpet appeared to be stained in spots, which made one think it needed to be cleaned... The check in person was not friendly, probably wanted to be anywhere else. For the price of the room I would expect employees to wear a uniform, or logoed shirts, at least have a more professional appearance.
