The location was great right near the Smoky Mountain National Park. The staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. It was very affordable.
There was no fan in the bathroom so when you took a shower it got very steamy

Decent location, clean sheets!
Had to double pay to stay! Was charged by booking and then had to pay again in order to stay. Would not let me check into hotel until I paid. Even showing the receipt from paying on Booking. Took 8 days to get my refund.
