Good location for the cultural district. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. For the price point the rooms are excellent. I have stayed in other more expensive places and got less.
Air conditioning a bit musty but may just have been a bit unlucky.

loved the outdoor landscaping and flowers that attracted birds & butterflies. The bathroom was a GREAT size. The breakfast was very, very tasty-if the cook is the manager or owner-the courtesy of everyone was very much noticed. The young man that greeted us was so friendly and helpful. Really liked the bedspread and extra decorative pillows. Never saw that in a lodging place before.
The mattress wasn't that comfy
