It was clean, a good breakfast. The bed was comfortable. We would stay there again
There was no elevator to get to the 2nd floor.

Very friendly and accommodating staff at check in and checkout. Very quiet. They had a big soccer tournament teams staying so they accommodated most everyone by placing bio on 2nd floor, very much appreciated.
The breakfast was good but for someone that avoids gluten the only viable options were Corn Chex cereal with milk as the rest was pastries, bread, waffles and flour breakfast wraps, peanut butter and butter. Also, can you add a coffee is to the room that’s Decaf.

The complimentary breakfast was good, the location is central, and the parking works well. The room was clean and functional. No on demand channels, but YouTube integration saved the day.
Pre-arrival communication was great. I asked for a downstairs room and got quick confirmation that one was reserved. Upon arrival, the lead staffer stated it wasn't. But the junior staffer jumped in and found one, so it all worked out. The maid tried to enter the room ten minutes before checkout despite a do not disturb sign, which was a little annoying.

Nothing
The air conditioner was loud and the bathroom fan was also very loud. The closet had a musty smell. The free breakfast was terrible and very sparse.
