The location was great. The breakfast was good.
I expected the facility to be a little more updated. The rooms need to be a little more lively. The facility needs better towels.

Friendly staff, close distance, nice parking, laundry, indoor pool
Outdated carts for baggage, pool area very dark and had weird smell, not enough pool towels, not proper drainage in pool room. No gluten free options for breakfast.

There was a mix up with my request for an accessible room but the front desk worked diligently to make sure they could accommodate what I needed for a safe enjoyable stay.
The communication and arrangements of my accesibilty needs between the app and the ge hotel. I arrived exhausted and had to go through a lengthy wait while they tried to resolve my accesibilty needs.

The staff was amazing.
The hotel itself wasn't the best though. Could have definitely been cleaner. When my kids pulled out the sofa bed there was trash and dirty q-tips under it and stains all over the sofa bed mattress. The hallways were also kinda dirty.
