Clean, mini fridge, cable TV, location, safe and quiet neighborhood

In response to the question prompt about breakfast: These types of hotels don't normally serve prepared food. There was no breakfast and the food accommodations were pretty spartan, amounting essentially to vending machines. But, all around the hotel are myriad restaurants, cafes and bar & grills, several in walking distance.
Taken as a whole, overall, it is a nice property with friendly staff. I'm guessing there were recent renovations because the rooms and common areas were fairly new. The beds were comfortable; fridge and microwave worked well; shower was fantastic; no carpeting in the rooms.
The only two issues were all the trucks and construction equipment in the parking lot (data center related) and the fact that the doors to the adjacent parking lots were locked. Getting to and from the room for 4 days through the lobby was a bit of a hassle, the upside being that we did get our steps in.

Beds were comfortable
mold in the bathroom. Door was cracked. Stains on curtains. Fingerprints on and around TV. Makes me wonder if they bother to clean.
