Good place to stay.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also very friendly.

It had a musty smell when we walked down the hall.

It did the job :)

Room was clean and comfortable.

It felt a bit off.. there were a lot of people wandering the halls, sitting in the entryways, talking on the phone and so forth. We didn’t feel unsafe but it was just a little weird. We kept having to step over people to get by.

Was a very decent place to stay overnight on our way to Washington and home and will consider again.

Room and linens were nice and clean. Requests were met for downstairs and rooms next door to each other. All staff was super friendly.

The common hallway has a "funky" odor. The pillows were too flat for my liking and the sink area does not have enough space around the sink for placing needed items, ie, the blowdryer, make up, tooth brushes and tooth paste, etc. The only bathing amenity is the soap, no shampoo or conditioner available.

I was charged TWICE for the room and the motel had no interest in returning my money!

Very bad experience. Otherwise OK, but I was charged twice for the room. I already paid for the room via booking.com on our way to the motel, but the guy at the reception said it has NOT been paid. He said it is never paid via booking.com in their case, they just check the credit card is valid. I thought OK, maybe I misunderstood then, and paid (again), only to notice later that my credit card had been charged twice. I contacted the motel FIVE TIMES via three different channels and asked them to return the double payment, but they were playing totally dead. Nobody was interested, the customer was gone, who cared? I only received my money back when booking.com contacted the motel directly and asked them to return my money. Thanks to booking.com for that! No apologies or anything from the motel. Again: very bad experience, awful customer service. I really do not recommend a place like this.

The air conditioner has very loud noise and I cannot sleep.

Room was clean and looks new than other motels. The price was good.

Staff everybody there was really nice. The whole staff front desk the maids everyone always smiling.

Could leave a net handy to catch all the debris that's on top of the water in the pool.
