Very disappointed with the quality and front desk clerk was very unprofessional.

The front desk person was rude and did not even greet us. Too busy with her phone. Would not recommend to anyone. Doing remodel and using very cheap quality products.

The hotel rooms were refurbished but basic things like shelves and hooks in bathroom are missing. Pool shower is terrib

Some basic items were missing, like pool lounge chairs and umbrellas. Also the included breakfast was pretty lousy; used to be hot eggs,sausage, self made pancakes, cartons of milk, hard eggs, etc

It needs serious updating. It’s outdated, dirty, and very worn looking. Looks a bit trashy and now what I would say is quality or meets Wyndham standard.

Need to update exterior and interior. It’s quite dirty.

Such a disappointment with the hotel and staff.

My first impression was not very good; however, that changed when I entered Room 202. I liked what I saw - a newly renovated room with a spacious bedroom, bathroom, and separate living room. Looks were deceiving. We went out to dinner and came back to a wet floor in the kitchenette area. We thought it maybe from the refrigerator. Removed the water with towels and went to bed. Got up the next morning to our nightmare! Just waiting for an apology for our ordeal.

I woke up with water dripping from the ceilings and I got out of bed to wet, slippery floors. After I slipped and fell, I asked my sister not to get out of bed because of the slippery floors. I got dressed and went to the front desk (since there were no phones in the rooms) to report the problem and the clerk at the desk informed me that she could give me a mop to remove the water. Of course this did not make me happy, No apology, but was told the health department had been out and reported that the water was from condensation from the air conditioner. I have pictures and videos of the rooms to be submitted. (Rm 202)

Superb

The room has two balconies, both one facing the ocean and the other a city view.. I also love the color and the size of the room.

I reserved a King Size balcony , when I arrived the receptionist was giving me another room.

Will not stay there again and I do not recommend

Bed & pillows were comfy

1. Big gap under the door. 2. Your next door neighbors door bangs loud when closing waking everyone up. 3. Not enough towels were left for 3 people. 1 wash & 2 towels for 3 people don’t work. 4. Peephole is covered up. 5. At Check in we were not greeted nicely. She was on the grumpy side

Good stay but issues need addressing

Location- directly on the beach. Parking on site without having to pay to park. Bedding was great and size of room was impressive.

Fixtures- broken door lock to balcony, kept opening during the night and door was constantly pulled open due to surf wind. Paint spills all over the carpet and sofa cushion. Hairs left in the tub and toilet used and not flushed on arrival. Expected better in a Wyndham facility for the price. Had better for less at other Wyndham resorts.

Would not stay again!

The location was great, close to the beach and everything else we wanted to do.

Staff was rude, tried to make us pay $400 more for our room than what was due since we had paid booking in full when we reserved saying it was for booking fees (thankfully after calling booking and the rep calling the hotel, they said they made a mistake and didn't charge us the money.). The room wasn't clean and smelled moldy. The listing said that breakfast is included, which should have said cereal is included as that's all they had available.

Under renovation is understandable. There was no toilet paper rack, the toilet paper was on top of the toilet bowl. The ac in the room was not working, I informed the staff with no feedback on what they did. The ac did not work at all. The bathroom sink was clogged up, took very long to drain. The outlets throughout the room did not work.

I paid over $300. a Night for this Room and it was worth about $75.

Pool was filthy and unusable. Hot tub was partialy filled in with construction tape around it, Construction debree everywhere, sink in room was dirty, Main Elevator was not working, The room did not have a safe in it as stated on the Web Site.

Perfect walking to the beach/dune location

The location was great and the new look was awesome.

The only thing I would say, is maybe include a broom in each room, that way we aren't stepping on rocks or shell fragments, that sneaked in with the swimming trunks.

The room size is very nice! However, that is the only positive about this resort

Every time we left our King suite we were locked out and room key had to be reprogrammed - on 3rd day we couldn't get into suite and neither could maintenance, the whole door lock had to be drilled off - extremely stressful. The suite was basically falling down around you - very unsettling

Not what I expected

The pillows and beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I was supposed to have a room overlooking the ocean but instead got a room overlooking the road and pool with the ocean in the distance. The staff was very rude about the situation. According to thd hotel our room was oceanview. Also the staff did not have any personality or even greet me when I walked into the hotel. The breakfast was not very good, not much to choose from. Overall my experience here was not the greatest.

rusty doors, a dead cockroach on the balcony and a breakfast that ends at 9 am! The employee closed the doors at 8:50 am. disgustingly we are upset.

We have stayed at this property many times before. Sad to see it going down hill. Needs TLC.

Location is close enough to places to eat but far away enough not to be too "busy".

We were not informed at check in that there would be no maid service during our stay. So for two nights of our stay, the beds were not made, the trash was not emptied, the floor was not vacuumed and the bathroom was not cleaned. On our last night we were surprised by a massive cockroach lumbering across the floor!

Poor, won't visit there again.

Looked run down, door paint peeling, tub clogged, breezeway was dirty, and we did not get our reserved room or notification of change. Asked for receipt not given, staff not knowledgeable.
