spacious room with full sized refrigerator was great! All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping could have stopped by and offered to empty trash etc. No one visited our room during our 6 night stay. We took out our own trash and the dirty linen piled up.
Guest laundry was not user friendly. Did not appreciate having to use an app as being the only option.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They got us in a room fairly quickly because there was a storm and we were at the pool waiting for a room. Room was clean, spacious, well laid out and kitchenette was perfect. Very nice that they serve a breakfast daily so we didnt have to go out. It was a decent variety and well maintained. Plenty of parking.
Only thing we think a broom in the room would be handy. Even though we rinse off sand, it cant be avoided so your feet feel sandy all the time. But LOVE that the rooms dont have carpeting.

We had a pleasant stay. Beautiful ocean views and great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Anything we requested they provided. Overall we were happy with our stay.
The hotel needs updating and maintenance to elevator, pool area and rooms.
