Waking distance to San Augustine about 10 minutes.
Don't have breakfast included.

Such a fabulous place to stay. Right by the Lions Bridge, Star free bus shuttle stops a few steps away.
The owner/manager was fantastic. Told us lots of information, like the free shuttle, as we didn’t know about it.
Our room was big, super clean with a step in shower. Nice comfy bed & pillows and fluffy towels.
There are a couple of bars around, one across the road and another next door, but we didn’t hear any noise from them.

Brilliantly located, excellent value, and faultlessly clean and comfortable.
