Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Loved that this location had both a pool and jacuzzi. Location is nice to Hershey Park.
Pool water was COLD. Jacuzzi didn't work immediately. Had to get a staff member to help as the button wasn't working. Our room (111) smelled of must, heavily. A staff member kept yelling at everyone to throw away their cups from the waffles. It was extremely off-putting, especially since she told us while we were in the middle of making 2 waffles. I also hate that they put a hold on your credit card for your stay and the incidental fee. Then they place the actual charge while the initial transaction is still pending. This leaves a deficite while you wait to be reimbursed for the initial charge. They should do those separately.

They don’t even give you fresh towels or make the beds unless you stay for 3 days or more.
